Rune Combinement

Robby can you please add the feature to combine the runes like ice 1 + ice 1 = ice 2 and ice 2 + ice2 =ice 3 , ice3+ice3=ice4 , ice4+ice4=ice5

That would broke Eliatopia Economy if that feature existed. But hey I also think that as well so ye :) support
