2 of the same weapons with diffrent runes combining to make 1 of the weapon with both runes

I want robby to add a shop in alion that allows you to combine two of the same weapons with diffrent runes into 1 weapon of that type with both the runes for example i got a p1 pellet and a f1 pellet or rpbby could add a shop to remove runes from items if not needed
