KOTH bug fixes

Koth could use some teeny tweaks, just some polishing.
One, Bring back the magnet so that corpses don't teleport, instead the magnet draws them out of the arena, same for players who tab out. Imo it would be a way better visual emphasizer than just your corpse teleporting. Obviously do not revert the jackpot system to the old one, just bring the magnet back for flair and to make the hill seem less janky.
Second, Make players who alt tab on red be moved off the hill, just like on blue. People say it's not at all bringing an advantage to be able to stand on the tallest red part of the arena, but imo the fact so many players do it seems to scream otherwise. It's obviously not the most urgent of fixes, but it still gives a strategic advantage to players. I got some footage of players using it, and I don't think they would be if it wasn't strategically viable, so any claims on that are...well, null.
