Seasonal Area/ Region by real life occasions in game

As the title stated, I think this will be well to game. Because this area only operates in seasonal like Halloween, Valentines etc.
For example, the concept is in map, it will look like dark shade color or not be entered until seasonal occasion arrives.
And its for easy to accessible for me i think because it will be brainstorm the new ideas during seasonal occassions like Christmas Lottery, Halloween Pumpkin smash, Money Spin and win and discounted items, accessories etc. and every seasons discover something new offer and stuffs.
I didn't know if this will be well and efficient in game but free to feedback
