2am event for me, used to be 3 am but i moved to a different city, and i have been in many wishing well drops since it was released, the first 34 times i went there i got nothing due to a bug that made wishing well useless(NO DROPS). Im from spain, not USA btw.
Any player can get easily money if they grind, this has been proven through the years with new updates, so a pointless full of mistakes suggestion about changin an event that moves 0,1% of daily game economy(Im sure is less), its what a nub do in a failed attemp of getting money
You pretend to change event time based on each player location, with that logic every hour the same account can go there and get money, also the wishing well drops DAILY(1time per day) so its pointless to change the time depending on the player location.
JUST GRIND, ITS THE PURPOSE OF RPGS
The point is right now, only a small percentage of players can go to wishing well event. And this is especially more true in areas at the world with bad timezones with the current serrver time. Maybe you are lucky enough to play at 2 AM, but i'm telling you this: there are lot more players who can't to it. Again, you aren't alone in the world
"any player can get easily money if they grind". I don't see your "proof through updates" since the main issue was never fixed to begin with, all we got each update is a worse situation by keep adding exponential grind. The issue with the game is the AMOUNT of grind that is required to buy the next set (and therefore progressing through the game). What's the point of farming 30k per hour at lvl 30-40 if the next set cost a total of 2M for the 4 armor pieces (500k x 4), 400k for the accessory, and 300k for the weapon? In case you didn't do the math, the total price of that new gear is 2.7M. At 50k/hour, that's around 90 hours of grinding. 90 real-life hours used to kill pretty much the same monster over and over again. Does this look fun to you? And in case you aren't aware, the higher the level you are, the WORSE it get. The game is easliy build to make you grind 90 hours for the next set, and then it's 130 hours, and then it's 200 hours, and so on... And don't give me the excuse of "global xp exist": as far as i'm aware, either you are an extremly high level to join such a guild, or there are strict requirements (not to mention, global xp does NOTHING about the coins you get).
I'm not asking to ban grinding, but it should be HUMANLY REASONABLE (in other words: NOT TEDIOUS). We aren't all stuck 24/24 every day playing this game (maybe you are, but once again, you aren't alone in the world). Maybe you think it's acceptable to keep grinding the same monster over and over again for a ridiculous amount of time just to progress the story. Well news flash kid: it's not. And it's not the case for any popular RPG. So if Robby added the wishing well to help NORMAL players getting a little more money, that's to HELP those players, not to help p2w lvl 90+ players who keep using exploits + coin magnets.
Judging from your last remark, you still don't understand my suggestion at all (and my reasoning) (I'm seriously wondering if you even read the first post at all). Maybe you are mixing up your real-time with the server time, so let me try to explain again:
event time:
current situation:
server time: 0:00 AM
YOUR real time (in spain according to you): 2:00 AM
MY suggestion:
server time: 0:00 AM (it will NOT match real time with my suggestion)
YOUR real time: cycles through the following times IN ORDER (one every 20 hours): 2:00 AM, 10:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 10:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 2:00 AM (then repeat). This is NOT every hour, like you thought.
Robby suggestion (while i'm at it):
server time: 0:00 AM and 0:00 PM
YOUR real time: 2:00 AM and 2:00 PM
With the current situation, only part of the players in the world can join the event. There are parts of the real world that make it much harder for kids to play the game in the middle of the night. With MY suggestion, i attempted to give EVERYONE in the world a fair chance to have access to this event more regularly (maybe not at the same time as everyone else in the world, but eventually, everyone will have opportunities to join the event). With Robby suggestion, all it did was moving from my idea of making the event happen every 20 hours, to making the event happen every 12 hours. While everyone will still be able to join at least one event per day, it is true there will be players who are able to do it twice per day. But again, one of my goals was thinking about a way to make the event easily accessible regularly for everyone, regardless of your position in the world (because the game work with a FIXED time for EVERYONE in the world, however the server time is INDEPENDANT with the player's real time, which can lead to the player being unable to play at a specific time, like during the wishing well event.)

man thats what i hate so much about you, your such a hypocrite.
you think everyone should follow your rules, and that robby should like add all your ideas or something

idk i think thats how your mind works and thats a pretty good guess
and then u tell people not to do it. you trying to takeover elia or something? everyone has a voice
hypocrite: noun, someone who says they have particular moral beliefs but behaves in way that shows these are not sincere
Last i checked, you don't know me personally (and i don't know about you), so i strongly doubt you have any clue about my real values and beliefs. By your own logic, i can just as easily say YOU are an hypocrite, js. I'm not looking for fame, i'm just trying to help improving the game.
The reason i wish "everyone should follow my rules" (which aren't RULES, but SUGGESTIONS i made) is because i believe those suggestions can really HELP the game getting better overall. Tell me what's wrong about me trying to make the event more fair for everyone? More accessible for everyone? I don't see you complain about what's actually wrong with my ideas, you aren't even trying to discuss it. Also, i didn't forced Robby in any way to do it. It's his right to believe my suggestions are pertinent. it's his right to consider if my suggestions (or anyone's else suggestion) is worth adding to the game. All i can do is keep the discussion going so that more and more players can read about it, so that it can recieve more and more opinions. Just because you don't understand my suggestion, that's doesn't make me a bad person. You want Robby to add something comming from you? Then suggest something that can ACTUALLY help the game.
All i'm seeing about you is some kind of male version of a Karen who is angry because someone ELSE (other than you) have an actual good idea that benefit the whole community. You know what's it's called about your situation? it's jealously. Plain and simple.
"everyone has a voice". In case you didn't noticed, i'm also included in the "everyone" part. And i'm doing just that: sharing my voice, my opinion, my suggestions. There is nothing wrong about having pertinent criticism as long as it's justified (which i did, and which you did NOT). Yes, that's "how my mind work", and i don't think it's a bad thing in this case. Granted, i may write more than most people, because i want to explain my reasoning behind my suggestions. However, writing a lot does NOT make me a hypocrite. All it shows is i'm trying to be thorough, i recognised a clear problem, and i'm trying to PROPOSE a solution. Notice how Robby didn't took ALL my suggestions as i wrote them. He adapted them with what HE think should be added to the game.
To both Joey and MrQuiwito: if you have nothing pertinent to say about my suggestions, go somewhere else. Me and most of the readers here are seriously tired of your toxicity, jealously crisis or your inability to read what others are saying. Seriously, stop harass me (or anyone else). I did nothing against you, so stop provoking me and leave me alone.
