I personally like the idea, having a little house for a guild where you can hang out, chat, and customize the house is super cool, it would definitely bring some fazaz to the game, I mean guild chat is cool but all you get to do is just chat with other guild people, having a specific house or hut for members to hang out and customize to their liking is unique and creative
