2nd: i'm gonna just copy/paste my opinion on this idea. It is NEVER a good idea to allow player to change usernames, sinc it make impersonatting people easier:

1) anyone can try to impersonate Robby (or anyone famous in the game) and try to scam people. Although it will be hard to fake levels + stats.

2) anyone can pretend to be a random player, then violating rules (like spamming lot of racist stuff). Ex: playerA impersonate playerB, then say racist stuffs. If this situation ever go to the forum, the one who is going to be blamed is playerB, NOT playerA. Of course, playerB can try to argue it wasn't him but someone impersonatting him. However this create another problem: anyone who effectively break the rules can use the same excuse and there will be no way to know the truth (at least not without analysing devices and stuff related to internet, which i doubt most people know how to do it, myself included).
