Thanks, this is definitely a good idea. I'll have it added into this weeks update so that items remove themselves from the ground after they have existed for an extended period of time.

awesome. sometimes when i walk into an area and there are a TON of items it i Start to lag alot and it doesnt go away until i go to a diffrent area or just goes away by itself.
