I think people would love to have a casino in the city , relaxing and making money from mini games
or you can buy lucky lottery tickets XD

a lottery ticket would be cool like every week there would be a certain amount of money in the lottery and you could buy a lottery ticket for like 50k or something and at the end of the week it would pick 1 person who bought a lottery ticket and they would win the lottery

(im bad at explaining but i hope you get)
