first, it is not the food waste if u want to have full regen u can up both skill to max
and if u did not have enough skill points u can up 3 level's and get skill points
even this make a deference between low level players and high level players now level 20 player also have fully regen.so this change will make little bit hard to get max regen( only a little bit hard)
when u having full regen in both skill it is working same as now
if u still think this is a food waste,
according to you ,coins sacrifice is money waste ,item sacrifice is a item waste and xp sacrifice is a xp waste(if u thinking like that)

for warrior class
warrior class players they can choose their own way by deciding having hp regen or without upping that skill
cause warriors have two skill life less crush and near death crush so they can have great damage without having hp regen and health below 50% or 25%

for other classes player
if u think when warrior choose to play without hp regen and using death crush skills they will get more unwanted power. this is not giving un wanted power to warriors because,
when warrior have using this even if warrior have 1000 full hp in stats when using death skill he can use only 250 hp and even without hp regen
this is like a sacrifice skill which up warriors damage

so with this change warriors can choose their own path

but, for higher level players, it can take up to like a week for a lvl 70 to level up 3 times. so thats a problem with your idea, its not JUST level 20s, its also level 160-170s. and for higher up players, its much harder to level up and get more points.

High level players have many free skill points.

why need to reset skills i know uping 3 levels from level 160 is difficult but level but lev 160 player has 320 skill points, dont forget it. as i think even to max all skills in every class dont need 320 skill points and they have lot of free remain skill points
even i have 7 free skill points( with unwanted skills) in level 79

Remember days when only way to regen were food and bench, grind was harder.
