Mage Skills?

Aggregate of Magic Max Level = 5
With each level, you regenerate 1 MP whenever you kill an enemy, also you gain a 4% Speed Buff if you have MP
(At Max Level, this would mean 5 MP upon killing a enemy, and also a 20% speed buff, if you have MP) Cost to upgrade? .... 2 Skill points?
Description: ??? TBD

OVERHEAL! Max Level = 4 MP cost = 6 (for each level)
With each level, you heal 10 more HP (Over your Limit), also you gain a 2.5% DMG increase equal to your current HP whenever your "overhealed" (Over your current HP limit)
"Overheal" would cap at 10x your base HP Example: You have a current max of 20 HP, with overheal, you can over-heal up to 200 HP.
At Max Level, this would mean, you can "overheal" 40 HP at the cost of 24 MP (Assuming your at full health .... yes that's a condition to use it) and you gain a 10% Dmg increase equal to your current HP if your "overhealed"
Example: 200 HP = +20 Dmg to Damage stat. Cost to upgrade? Well its another form of money power ..... sticking to a cost of 1 Skill Point.
Description: Increase the amount of blood your body can carry at the cost of MP, though your still vulnerable, the blood-rush increases your Damage output. When at full health, you "overheal" ?? hp and your damage is increased by ?% based on your current HP whenever your in "overheal" status.
Well .... give your thoughts I guess, not exactly a wizard but ive seen "some" issues with them.

Note: Overheals dmg increase is capped by stat points ..... so I don't see a reason for a downside, like Money Power for instance (ATK UP DEF DOWN).

EDIT: Oh right, Overheal resets whenever you leave a room .... unless thats easy to implement, ya sorry lol.
