Level Requirement to enter Area#93

Add a level requirement (Probably around level 60 to 70) to enter area 93. There is a lot of low-level players farming in titanium droids even thought the area is meant for high-leveled players. It allows them to easily farm exp with the whipmaster snake skill. Its kinda unfair for pre-0.9.0 players that had to go through a lot of hours farming in other areas.
