Item sacrifice and exp sacrifice

Switch item sacrifice and exp sacrifice from places. I lost my helmet many times because of item sacrifice but I want to have the damage buff without losing my helmet.

then dont upgrate item sac :) i have it too but i dont go to pvp or areas with high range of dying
