Guild Tokens and Guild Shop (monthly guild wars rewards)

im not gonna write this properly because i dont want to, but guild tokens

guild tokens are a type of guild currency guild members can buy with contribution points (not a thing yet but will probably be soon)
every specific amount of contribution earned (aka xp u shared with guildmates) will be turned to guild tokens, this can be 1k xp shared per guild token, guild tokens can be used to buy specific things in the "guild shop" a shop you can go to to use your guild tokens on, guild tokens can buy guild shop limited items,

examples for guild tokens buyables:

drop rate card:
increase all guild members drop rate by 10% for 24h (drop rate % cannot be stacked when buying multiple cards. only increases duration)

xp card:
increase monster xp by 10% for 24h (xp % cannot be stacked when buying multiple cards, only increases duration)

speed card:
give all guild members increased movement speed for 24h (speed boost cannot be stacked by buying multiple speed cards. only increases duration)

gold stick:
turn the brown stick in your guild flag into shiny gold

prime colorizer:
a colorizer with a special paintjob limited to only prime colorizers

(guild tokens are only obtainable by sharing xp, 1k xp shared = 1 guild token, rob decides this idk lol)

monthly guild rewards
monthly guild rewards are rewards for the top 10 guilds that have the most contribution every month. these guilds get premium guild tokens. these tokens can buy perks better than the normal guild tokens.

premium guild coin buyables:

permanent guild drop rate increase (very expensive prolly)
increase drop rate by 10% has levels, can be upgraded like idk 3-5 times. drop rate percentage can be stacked with dr card.

permanent xp boost:
increase monster xp by 10% permanently, can be upgraded 3-5 times. xp boost percentage can be stacked with xp card.

permanent speed boost:
boost speed permanently, speed can be stacked with speed card, can be upgraded 3-5 times. speed boost can be stacked with speed card.

obv there can be more guild buyables other than the one i listed , these r just suggestions
