Awesome mob, but I don't think we should be dropping 2nd highest level equipment like this already. Sure the mecha wing drop from steel blocks existed when those were the best accessory in the game, but steel blocks are a fairly rare enemy with very small drop rates. I think mobs should for the most part follow in the stalagmite path, much more frequent, slightly lesser priced items. I do like the little "easter egg" enemies like steel blocks, just don't think they should be a common occurrence.
I mainly had them in there because I was trying to find item drops that come off to me as "Viking." I personally like your way of handling drops myself, as I had went for similar patterns myself, but I'm starting to feel people don't like that style of drops as much as they used to. Kinda forced to stick with my guns here.

Update: Slightly bumped up the Horned Helmet's drop rate.

I personally don't like drops that are expensive but don't drop often because it's discouraging. I like meh drops that drop more frequently, though I do have to say what I really don't like is when mobs drop burgers or pizzas every.single.time.

Move aside, suckas! I got myself a fvcking walrus!
Image

This walrus has three different attacks:

Icicle Slam: The Walracier slams the ground, causing icicles to jut out of the ground. These icicles form a trail that targets the player. This move does normal damage.
Slam: When the player is up close, the Walracier slams into them, crushing them. This move knocks the player down and does 1.5x normal damage.
Ice Rain: The Walracier roars, causing it to rain ice shards. The ice shards attack in rapid accession and has a wide AoE akin to Storm Cloud, but they do 0.25x normal damage.

Yep. This guy is a friggin beast, lemme tell ya! As for it's stats, well...

Name: Walracier
HP: 3500
Defense: 180
Power: 350
Ice Power: 35%
Ice Resistance: 100% (immune)
Poison Resistance: 15
Burn Time: 1 second
EXP: 883 (calculated from EXP formula)
Weight: 10000 lbs
Eliapedia Entry: The Walracier is a monstrous beast. It typically eats crustaceans and mollusks, but there are occasions when a Walracier ate a Blizzer. The Walracier is more than capable of taking on carnivorous beasts such as Gal Roaches and Repguanas. It's thick hide and blubber allows the Walracier to stave off poison damage and fire damage without much harm. When it slams the ground, the Walracier is capable of making icicles rise out of the ground and impale its opponent. Also, the Walracier's roars can cause a hailstorm of sharp, jagged ice crystals to rain down on its opponents. Make no mistake; the Walracier is one powerful foe. I'd say Alex would've had a hard time dealing with a Walracier if it weren't for his magical prowess. Walracier tusks are the source of ice runes. The tusk chips are carved into snowflake shapes, then painted blue.

I would not willingly divulge that kinda information, especially to someone who types like a pre-schooler who discovered computers for the first time.

I like your new style of loot from monsters. I think the new set will cost about 96m, if only to put hardening stones in the armor and maximize weapons, for warrior and whipmaster it's even more. So if monster loot looks like this, it will reduce the 200 hour grind time.
