Untarnished Shield-Bearer. General Skill; LV Cap: 4. +3% to effect each level, starting at 3% (Cap being 12%, which makes your reflection chances 34%)
Description: Tarnished, all SHIELDS and NO MAIDENS! while HP is less than 60%, your chances of reflecting an attack are increased by ?%
Mirror, mirror, on the ... shield?; LV Cap: 5. +2 each Level, starting at 4. (12 MP per reflect)
Description: Mirror, mirror on the shield, why am I meanest of all? If a attack is reflected, recover ? MP (This skill is like Enchanted Tip, in that it applies EVERY other time, instead of every use.) BALANCE
Lastly we have: The Mirror Rune ROFL. Can only be applied to shields, adds a base 5% to reflection chance per stage ..... limit should be 2 I guess, suppose that'd look pretty weird on the rune though, ha-ha ... Regarding applying price, what its dropped by, and how worthless it is, guess that can be saved for later
