affect for ice monsters

so if u have f1 weapon maybe when u hit the ice monster it will make water on the floor like p1/p2 or p3 weapon affect exept it's blue.I think it would be cool.

I mean elemental weaknesses are a thing iirc, I don't see why ice enemies can't be weak to fire like that.
