Poison Mobs

Since poison resistance is now a thing, might as well try and balance out some poison mobs in exchange.

Dumtilian

This guy remains the same.

Ooze

This guy remains the same.

Ooze Horror

This guy's contact poison damage can be bumped up from 8 to 10.

Scorpee

Due to the slow nature of its venomous sting, their poison damage can be bumped up from 20 to 24.

Fernip

Really, you're way better off giving it an actual attack. Like, do something like what I got here:

Also, set its attack power to 175 if you do.

Mandrake

More moves please: https://www.eliatopia.com/forum/viewtop ... f=5&t=6948

Do it:

Also, the cionic organism has 12 poison power, but it doesn't use it.

Ok thanks for the feedback. I'd like to see what some more players think before changing this. I don't want players without poison resistance to get too wrecked.

@TheWood Oh wow, I'm glad I saw your comment. I hadn't realized two of Cionic Organism's attacks aren't even working correctly! It has two projectiles that are to get spawned, one of them being poison. At some point late in its development, something must have gotten changed with the projectiles spawn points, and it looks like they are getting spawned underneath the floor and never getting seen. I've got this fixed now for a patch that should be out later today. So player's will get to experience the Cionic Organism in it's true intended form. :)

I don't mind scorpee & ooze getting buffed because I farmed those mobs at low level without taking damage while being 1-10def at the time. You can kite them.

Ferns are fairly powerful when you get hit by more than 1, any further buff to their attack would be deadly for players without resistances. I currently have 100hp, and can die to Fern when I'm not actively playing.

Personally, as a player without resistances, I think there should be incentives for building resistance such as via making mobs stronger. Afterall, farming p1p2s is easily done at the ooze boss :) However, I like that Robby wants to balance it fairly for everyone, I'm all for that~ :)

Yeah, personally, I didn't want a poison damage buff to them. I just wanted them to have a physical attack because without one, they'd be lucky to put a dent in anyone with a good amount of resistances.

Sounds good to me! Be fun to run around avoiding their poison and physical attack at the same time. Maybe some sort of aoe slam attack
