Adding your kill's drops a cooldown to be looted by other players

Several times i killed a monster and it droped a rune or a good item, then somebody else picked it up. Its so annoying when this happens, so i suggest adding some time(like 5 seconds) in which only u can loot the item.

that'd also be a good way to kill loot thief and instead make it just...ya know, a thief skill which removes the cooldown.
