MAKE LVL 1-10 OR UP TO LVL 15 (MUCH BETTER) ADDING A PLAYER AS FRIEND NOT COUNTABLE FOR FAME.
EVER WONDER WHY crush IS OFTEN STAYING IN AREA 1-5? WELL HE'S NOT JUST DOING DROPPING PARTY, AND DONATING COINS TO THE NUBS, HE'S ALSO SPAMMING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND ADD HIMSELF TO GET HIM ON TOP AND TO MAINTAIN HIS POSITION IN TOP FAME RANKING, YEAH YOU GUYS READ IT RIGHT, THAT'S WHAT HE'S DOING. (ELIATOPIA HAVE ATLEAST 30-50 PLAYERS ONLY, 70-100 IS RARE EVENT AND EVEN IF ELIATOPIA HAVE 100 PLAYERS EVERYDAY, IT IS STILL IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO GET THAT AMOUNT OF FRIENDS ADDING HIM LOL, WHY? NOT EVERYONE IS INTERESTED TO KNOW HIM, AND EVERYDAY, MOST OF THE PLAYERS WHO'S ONLINE ARE JUST THE SAME PLAYERS AND ACCOUNT).
NOW LETS MOVE ON TO THAT, BECAUSE IT IS ALSO TO AVOID FALSE HOPE THAT ELIATOPIA GOT LOTS OF "REAL" PLAYERS EVERYTIME WE SEE 80-100+ ACTIVE PLAYERS.

Re: FAME
Honestly should make it so if a higher level player adds you as a friend it's worth more fame. So like say a level 5 adds you as a friend its only worth like 1 fame, if a level 30 adds you its worth 10 fame or if a level 70 adds you its worth 25 fame. That type of thing.

Re: FAME
This is actually already taken into account. I knew when creating fame that player's would abuse this and try to create dummy accounts and add themselves as friends. The formula basically takes the friend's level into account, yes. So having lots of low level players add you, especially if they are below level 10, will do almost nothing for your fame level. Adding high level players with lots of enemy kills will increase your fame significantly more. I figure not only does it combat the abuse mentioned, but I think it works better in estimating "popularity" in general.
So yes, this has already been taken into account. The higher level a friend is, the more it is accounted for towards your popularity.
