Bring back gunner shoot speed

idk if its a bug or intentional but some bullets are really shooted,the others is just visual for the player who shoots, not for the others. This makes pvp impossible

I posted a video in this thread, it shows an inconsistent firing rate in dual gunman weapons. Sometimes they fire simultaneously, while sometimes they fire one at a time.
