Eliapedia Entry: Ah yes, the Milkbeest. They were among the earliest mammals domesticated by Eliatopians, It honestly displeases me how Xantis made most of the Eliatopian population profoundly unintelligent... Anyway, Milkbeests, as their names imply, are farmed for their milk. Unlike Auroch Beetles, which have a true blue pigment, the blue sheen in the Milkbeest's fur is just color trickery as is usually case for the color blue in nature. They cool themselves off by shedding their fur coats, though they have adapted by developing high heat resistance. Milkbeests are herbivorous creatures, eating grasses, leaves and shrubs. They may, however, eat carrion and eggs on occasion. Milkbeest bulls often defend their herd from predators such as Scorpees and Gal Roaches. Legends have claimed that Milkbeests came from my own breast milk, which honestly sounds absurd if you ask me, but then again, mythology had often dove into the realm of absurdity anyhow. ~Moonchyllus
