Element-Boosting Consumables

So yeah, I made element-based consumables.:

Here, we got the following items:

Chili Pepper: Fire
Mints: Ice
Red Bull: Electric
Lychee: Poison

Since Robby will try and make this imbalanced if I DIDN'T put this rule in, I'll put a rule in there. ONLY ONE elemental boost can be active at any given time. Runes are already veering towards imbalanced themselves, so might as well make sure these items don't fall under the same questionable structure.

As for the items themselves, I'm thinking somewhere like 2/3 of the effectiveness of one level of runes themselves for, I'd say... 20 seconds. Yeah, something like this:

Chili Pepper: +10% Fire Damage
Peppermint: +17% Ice Damage
Red Bull: +10% Electric Damage
Lychee: +3 Poison Damage

Yeah. Let's go with that.

ohohoho this is some GOOD shιt, full blown support, needs it's own hotkeys though, I'm thinking / would be a safe choice for these elemental foods. Dunno how you'd pick which one though...hmm

Also darkninja 20 seconds of boosts ain't really booking levels of pay to win garbage.
