Friends And Enemies ( Function )

Like in HH there should be Friend and enemy, currently friend is the one only implement by far, I would like to suggest a little twist in friend and enemy function, might as well add the same function to guild.
So here is the thing, in hh if you have a list of enemy it's just a list nothing happen, the new function would be if you put a player name on your enemy list and that person you put on enemy list listed you to enemy too, you will deal damage to each other, however if the person don't list you to enemy lists, you will deal no damage to each other basically that person don't consider you an enemy, rival, or he just doesn't want to fight you. Maybe also could be applied to guilds. I'm aware that this could make a guild collapse since if the guild leader decide to make an enemy to other guild without the knowledge of other members they could just die while farming (well very low chance I think) cause a member of enemy guild you encounter just want to or whatever reason he have, decision or selfishness by the guild leader will affect everything, this function should also give the chance to improve leadership to the game in form of simple discipline, communication etc..., I think this idea of mine could spice up the game a little bit although it doesn't make sense since there is a pvp area the forbidden forest. (My English is bad and I can't really explain all my thoughts).
Asking questions would be great way to explain those unexplained things I have in my mind).

Interesting, but then all of the OP players will just add all of the weak players to their enemy list so they could grind them instead.

only if that weak players added that OP players to their enemy list, in short they both put the name of each other to enemy list. I also think that this might be useless in the middle of the fight, by removing the enemy name to the list so you cannot deal damage to each other so this what I come up. When both engaged to the battle they cannot remove their names to enemy list for 5 mins every hit, more likely if you where hit the time will reset to 5 mins.This function is more likely to build a rivalry between guilds or players make the game more interesting. Thanks for the suggestion! I do like the idea of being able to PVP certain players anywhere, so this could be a good idea. My only problem though, is that I wonder how many players will use it? Having both players have each other on their lists may be fairly rare. And I feel as if one players would just remove the other if they are stronger than them. So I'm just a bit hesitant on implementing it as I'm not sure it'd be worth the effort if it doesn't get used much.
If however, I could find a way to implement it with little extra work on my end, and more players chimed in saying this is something they would want, then I would consider adding it.
