Teleport Transportation

There should be a way to travel from some locations to other locations. So a way to teleport would be nice to have, at least from town to town that we have reached and activated the teleporter from. That way we can save a lot of time from just trying to go from location to locations that we already been to, but might have some reason to go back to them.

As far as i know there will be shortcut from Alion to Teplar but.. through PVP area.
Possibility to fast travel from town to town was mentioned before and it is a good idea. I would make it as a mission or something connected to "black market" if i can call it like that.
