Reading all this and every idea shown here to change it i came out with one conclusion-why you all feel that there is a need to change so many things in it? why not just simply lower critical from current 3x to 1.5? With that change no need to do any stat reset, players will put their points also into another stats. Still base stat point should give better power boost so players will see a difference, not like now only weapon and set matters.
Also adding a speed boost to it like Jakub said would be profitable to ony 2 classes(mailny warrior so it should be added as his own skill).
MP and HP regeneration is a good thing but making fruits cost 3 times more than now would be devastating mainly to mage and warrior-forget abot running and using skill unless you wanna wait till MP charges again. not to mention mage skill wich requires having MP to make more damage and warrior which have to keep running to kill mobs.
About more points i see it good only with stat point, as for skill points i would preffer the way it is now, since it would allow max all your class skills way too fast. In the end anyone could easily max all possible skills in every class.

Probably not a bad idea. This will keep expertise from maxing too quickly. Although this would still only be 14 levels to max expertise. You could make each point give 0.25% crit chance, which means it would take 27 levels to max it (80 points)Robby wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 2:58 pmExpertise
I've thought about making it do other things as mentioned, but I'm also thinking that may convolute the skill too much, and perhaps it's better to just keep it simple and make it for critical damage as it already is. So I'm thinking the original 20% cap idea, as well as decrease the amount each skill adds to 0.5% instead of 1%. So the skill would then be capped at 40 (20%).
On the topic of HP/MP, I think they need an increase per point. iirc, both only give +5 per level. At the very least, health should give +10 per point, and maybe MP can be bumped up to +7.Robby wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 2:58 pmMP/HP Healing
-The amount you passively heal will be relative to your total HP/MP instead of being a fixed amount. This will further incentivize increasing your MP/HP.
-Healing items will have their cost tripled. This is to slow down the overly heavy usage of healing items and put a better focus on upgrading your HP/MP instead.
I don't think the price change will exactly fix the issue, but players may not buy food as often now. I think a cooldown could always be used for food.
I don't think there is anything wrong with the stat point change, but skills definitely do not need to go up 2. You will be able to build up skills a lot faster, which means you will be able to get through everything with more easy. I think what you could do though is +2 every 10 levels.Robby wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 2:58 pmMore Points!
Here a big'n. The amount of ability points you get per level will be increased from 3 to 4! Leveling up in Eliatopia is a bit slower, and this will make leveling up more rewarding.
Additionally, increase special skill points gained per level from 1 to 2! For the same reason as stated above. There are still a fair amount of more skills planned, so if I wasn't to do this than it would take quite a while for players to get anywhere with their special skill levels.

Re: Reasons to Limit Expertise to 20 (20% crit damage)
No one wanna say this so i will do this:
Flashlight- are you happy now?
With this update every player became almost immortal, it doesn't matter how much damage he makes to a mob, he will kill it anyway.
Mid and high lvl players can fill their own class skill( general is other case) to max and still have a lot of them to spend on other class skils.
Low lvls really quick can fill general , some own class skills and if not a gunmen can use profits of gun point at really low lvl.
So are you happy now?
Thats why i said not to change expertise but lower critical. You wanted it to be changed- here you have your good change.
Why you always have to make it more complicated, while making simplest changes gives best effects. Showing math formulas, diagrams etc. means (sorry for that) poop, nothing, compare to reality of a gameplay. Now even lvl 30! can farm beetles.
Hope that next time you will think of it more and suggest things that don't require so huge change in gameplay and are sinplest as possible.

I agree with you 100% because it made the game much easier for weaker players and now they are immortal !!!
Namely, as for the chance of a critical hit, this is an exaggeration because it could have been done better as you put it. I support your statement and I count on the balance of the game!
