So the thing is that in warior skill tree when you should decide which rage type you max the other one i guess is supposed to become disabled to use skill points. And if you will max out both of them then what is gonna happen when you use rage? In one your defence is getting better in another it's going down a lot then what will be the final effect ?

I think the weirder thing about Blind Rage is how it scales. Like, given how linear skill patterns are, wouldn't the defense reduction go all the way down into the negatives (100%->60%->20%->-20%->-60%->-100%)? How would such a thing work?

Yes thats really weird when i use one point on blind def was decrease to60% and nex one will go down to 20% so what next? like it will fall to 0? Oh and going by your scale it will look like you're about to keep killing yourself with every try to use it.
Re: Blind and cautious rage
It looks like the skill doesn't apply any defensive effects to the player (visual only?), so I guess it might be broken for now. Weird that it also shows the skill going into negatives, so I wonder if Robby forgot to fix the text, or the skill currently does that.
To answer your question, no, having both skills would not cancel out the other one. Assuming that blind rage does max at 20%, having both skills (maxed) would result in you losing 60% of your defense. (Either multiply your defense by 0.4, or take your defense and subtract it by 60%)

Yes, it would give you negative armor, which would result in enemy attacks healing you, instead of damaging you.Flashlight237 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 23, 2020 6:02 pmI think the weirder thing about Blind Rage is how it scales. Re: Blind and cautious rage
I thought about making it so that when it branches off, the player would have to pick between one or the other. But I ended up deciding on letting the player choose both, as it opens up more opportunities for the player to customize their character and make their character different from how another player may have theirs set up.
As for the blind rage, yes I didn't think that defense reduction through. It was a bug and has been fixed now, so it's only a -15% reduction.
But yes, if you have both "blind rage" and "cautious rage" upgraded, they will both still take effect. (same will go for other skills and future skills that will branch out). So just throwing some numbers out there: if you had blind rage upgraded and lets say it had a -50% defense, and you also had cautious rage upgraded to give you +50%, you'd just end up back at your normal defense output.
