The talking animation should be the NPC talking animation..thats all folks

it was like that in the old days... idk why he changed it off tho

it was like that in the old days... idk why he changed it off tho
Oh I forgot it was that way. Honestly whenever I came back to the game and said anything in chat I would always assume to myself that there wasn't ever a talking animation and I wasn't remembering correctly

Ah, I didn't realize this wasn't working. This will be fixed again in the next patch.
