Eliatopia Lost Items and Can't be opened account due to upda

I lost all my legit runes in my account Honey1, Can't log in my Honey2 without doing anything a log in bug/error I guess and My lvl 80+ acc EmperorZolgia lost 800k-1m money all these happened Saturday after the update. Please fix it. This image is the earlier pic of my inventory before everything happened.

Is it just me or is having 40 e3 runes a bit weird...

On Saturday 20m and 2 f4 with 2 crow bows gone from my inventory and atm.

Good Day Sir Robby! These are the list of my lost items
P1=11
P2=8
P3=23
P4=13
F1=8
F2=15
F3=6
F4=1
E1=12
E2=18
E3=43
S4=3
I5=7
I2=6
This are the runes I lost in my Honey1 and I lost my 1.8m too in my EmperorZolgia. Still can't verify the full list because I can't open Honey2 they said it's a log in issue

In my Honey2 still can't open until now it says wrong password even I'm the one who knows it and never change its password. Please fix it sir Rob Thanks!
