Xantix hacking?

Ive got the vid but its too large maybe ill post the vid at discord after i verified.

But i still post the issue here. So xantix here is farming in the radiation zone when he fires 1 arrow hes mp decrease atleast 20-25mp. Remember if you cast a skill like arrow hoard it fires multiple arrows logically but xantix here fire 1 arrow and 1hittedthe titanium druid with only 73k damage. And as he fires consecutive 1 arrow hes 300mp decrease faster to 40plusmp. Is this hack? Or this is some hidden bug of archers?
