KOTH Jackpot not fulfilling winnings

The KOTH Jackpot did not give out the money?
I won 1.2 mil and it didn't put it my ATM and didn't show up on the winnings board.
Please look into this and it would be nice (not needed) if I could get the money.

I was with him when it happened. It only happened one time and as far as I know I've gotten all the money to my ATM after winning all of the KOTHs that I've won, and he did receive the prize for the KOTH right after that 1.2m one. One thing to note tho is that the timer does not count the time correctly, you end up having to go OVER 10 minutes in order to actually win currently and if you are at say 9 minutes, then you walk off and walk back on, your time will decrease down to say 8 minutes 30 seconds (I don't know how much it actually decreases by, its random as far as I'm aware). It's quite odd.

I believe it is both
