Im now realising that the long pw ive used, doesnt seem to work because of the max characters, but somehow it works on the forum. Robby please fix this!

Oh, you mean the password field for logging in isn't letting you type the full length of your password in-game?

Unfortunately it is, but you may have to wait until next update. =/
