Electric Element in Monsters

What happened to the Electric element in mobs?: https://prnt.sc/SZgfP6N8JXDg

The electrical mobs (Puff Monster, Tesla Crawler, Shellshocker, Dome Shroom, Scrap Bot, and Multiplex Cortex) don't have "Elec=True" on them.

Technical aspects of electrical attacks have changed and are no longer stored there.
