Tornado damage is definitely not correct

Tornado damage is definitely not correct

I'm not sure what is the issue but, the tornado is doing WAYYYYYY too much damage. Like on my main I'm basically 1 tapping everything with it consistently, and my level 32 alt is killing feral beasts with a tornado with ease.

Ok thanks. It looks like the tornado damage is pulling from the wrong value. I'll have this fixed shortly.
