Wishing well not working.

I was at the wishing well from 11:40 to 12:18 (server time) and It did not spew anything or give anything..I do not know if it's IRL time or server but please let me know! Yes, the time it works should be at server time. When you say 12, were you there at midnight, or 12 noon during the day? It will only happens at midnight.

I was there at midnight but does it look a certain way? Do I have to be in the little bubble? Sorry I've just never seen it before or maybe it was because no one left coins/items on the ground?

You don't have to place your character anywhere specific. As long as someone is nearby it will start spitting out coins onto the ground.

Maybe no one left any items on the ground or coins? That was my first time there so it could've been that
