Why this skill deal very low dmg?

I was checking the Whipmaster skills, then i noticed the whirl skill deals only 88% porcent of attack, then i tought maybe is because is level one, so i made a new acc to check if at max level deals more damage, then i see this.



is still very low, other skill with similar damage it was sharp hoard with 150%, but it cost 5 mp wich is half the cost of whirl. or the mage fire Breath (90% dmg), but also cost less mp (3), and attacks every 0.2 secs.
This why people doesn't like whimaster it doesn't do that much compared to other classes, a buff to this skill should help to make it better.

Because Robby launched the whipmaster more crippled than a kickboxer with no boxes or legs, and is SLOWLY adding non-buffs like, 5% more tip damage....WOW!

basically, this skill deals low damage because this CLASS is fvcked. It should be like 200% honestly

If this is based on non-tip damage, then to me, that is a serious issue that needs to be fixed.
