Ice Stage 1 & 2 - Do they Exist

I have 3k-5k kill count on waffle cones based on estimated math.

Not a single ice rune from these guys. Been farming somewhere around 41 hours now

Does the game actually have ice rune stages 1 and 2 in drop table? If yes, which monsters? We assume they drop from ice blocks, razor ice,p sickle, and waffle cones.

Unless it's bugged

Yes, ice blocks, razor ices, and p sicles should all stage 1 ice runes.

p sicle and waffle cone should drop stage 2 ice runes.
