He means the fact that the shoulder was moved to the back of the character by request of Zuji because he thought having the arm at the front made em look like hunchbacks...when in REALITY having the arm at the back collides with almost every single accessory, especially mechanical wings where the shoulder legit moves behind the wings and is very distracting.

and yes, I hate it, that suggestion did not at all take items into consideration.
