Bonus stats mage. (Probably bug)

Bonus stats mage. (Probably bug)

When creating a new character mage. You get starting stats.
Hp :10
Mp:5
Expertise:0
Def:1
Magic: 6

However if you relog in right after you make the account the HP will be 20.
