Entering Alion issue

So I don't know if mostly of the players experienced this issue about, whenever I go outside alion then re-enter that area again it will automatically disconnected or somehow like a server problem. This only happens in alion, always. It is verry annoying everytime this happend.
This issue really need an attention

Do you notice if there is anything particular going on in the area? Does it seem super populated when this happens?

The issue is the area, not the number of players inside it as base on my experience. Also I think this issue is only for mobile version.
