Got Banned my alt account

So yeah I have alt so this is my archer aeyan06 well I just Log in then Log out. Then I couldn't log they said then after that I got banned for area load hack so Sad.
Fix this bug pls robby tnx

my account has the same problem (Kami) any idea how to get it unbanned?
