Happens every
- Right after pressing done
- Or randomly when ever you hit up because you want to edit it or something

Noire I think you're just supposed to set it to medium or higher in the graphics settings, which if you're running the desktop version you can undeniably do if my piece of shιt waffle iron of a laptop can. Guild flags are all pixelated on very low.

Yea I just tested what has been said, and it may just be an issue with your settings being set to low quality. Try on medium or above and I think it should display at full quality.
