My facee and hair got changed to default

Made a new acc named mikel_reborne to test out warrior, had hair as shaggy and dyed it white
Eyes were blank
Pls put my visuals back to shaggy white hair and blank eyes
Game got stuck on a cutscene while trying to make the acc and refreshed and now i have tall eyes and bald head which i dont want

Oh yeah this sounds annoying. I think it happened because watching the cutscenes literally logs you out of the game (which I found out when troopas viewed one of them and it seemed like he was disconnected. I'm guessing, now, that it somehow did not save your character details and used the default instead.
Basically, yeah robby please fix.

Where exactly did the game get stuck at on the cutscene?
Yes, if you do not finish the sign up process, then your character parameters will not be saved. Finishing the sign up process means finishing the cutscenes (or skipping them) and joining the first area.

Got stuck at the uh, the part where im on the pod? Dude idk. But its when im on the ship thingy, then the continue button wont get clicked for the next 2 minutes
