Dropped loots from monsters does TELEPORT.

Dropped loots from monsters does TELEPORT.

I don't know if this has something to do with me using Wi-Fi instead of a cable but item dropped from monsters SOMETIMES teleport right after being dropped. Happens in a span of 1-2 seconds.

This is a known issue, it happens when there are multiple players in the same area.
