Vendor Didnt receive money

I didnt recieve my money on vendor my item worth 1.2m i didn't receive it Im so tired for working for that a lot of money Im sorry but im gonna quit I cant help it im so tired I waste all my time on this Game then this happen Working hard to get 1.2m now Im gonna fcking quit

Ye I have this experience as well, though the loss was minor.

I placed an opal bow for 2.8k by mistake, I was supposed to sell it at 28k.
I went to the bank withdraw a 2.8k to buy it back.
I was able to bought it back but there wasn't any notif regarding me buying back my bow, and no money was placed on bank either.

In short, I did a self-purchase and money didn't proceed to bank like the usual process when another player buys your item from vendor machine, no notification of being sold either.

Are you sure it was sold, or did it sit in there for 7 days and then get removed? (After an item is in the vendor for 7 days it will automatically be removed from the game (you get nothing for it))
