I think this is due to the desynchronization of the p2p protocol. For you, he stands far from the monster, but for the server, he stands close. I guess this is just an out of sync, nothing more. Even if these freaks continue to gain experience while being AFK, and Robbie allows it, then I think the use of "cheats" can be excluded, since for this they would definitely get a ban.
