Music bug with drum set?

Unless this is supposed to be intentional (which it shouldn't imo), but going near someone with a drum set makes the game's music quiet.

Yes the closer you are to someone with a drum set, the quieter the music will get. I found it was kind of tricky to make your own beat with the game music playing, so I decided to do it this way.

its nice but you dont think make drum have more good sounds like you cant do a nice beat or music with them ?
