What is someone has chat turned off, trade turned off, and is full zoom? They won't be able to respond to you unless you go super close to them.

Definitely a botter. Saw him as well.
He was at that same spot for hours auto-killing monsters with no movement, no looting or anything.
You can see the speak bubbles when some1 is standing next to you so that is no excuse for not answering.

Nah, I asked tons of people, they all said they were there for too long to be normal
