lost progress? Game crashing twice?

After the game just went down, I logged back in and I've lost all of my progress since I logged in prior to the game going down. Im also wearing a different set than I was prior to the game going down (I put the new gear on right before the game went down) I've talked to others and they have experienced the same problem. Anyway to get our progress back or is it lost forever

(I lost about 30-40k exp and coins, and a bunch of drops as well from grinding stalagmites)

This just happened again, and I lost another ~50k exp, plus coins and items from grinding. This is incredibly annoying, I've literally spent 3+ hours grinding today and ALL of it is now reset. I would really like this problem to be fixed and if possible I can be reimbursed? This wasn't only me that this happened to, I've talked to other players and they lost their progress as well from this. (ik for a fact it happened to Active--, Madam, and *TGFD* as well)

If its any help:
- I play on desktop version
- I was grinding in the first cave ( I think its area #38)
- I received the "disconnected" screen
- Went to log back in and it showed that -- players were online and I got the "could not join server" message
- When I finally was able to log back in, ALL of my progress that I had made from my previous time logging in was erased.

me too bro i lost my 50k+ xp + loot + money robby need to fix it or ithink teher is prob with server
