Loading Screen and Desktop Eliatopia Error

My screen won't load on Official Website or NewGround and also in Eliatopia Desktop can't log in.

You are saying this is happening on ALL version of the game, desktop and web? Very strange. I need a little more info though. At what point in the login process does this happen? For example, when you sign in it should say a few things such as "loading player data", etc. What step in that process does this happen? Also, do you have any other accounts to test whether or not this happens with those accounts as well?

It's the same with my other account but when I restart my computer I can still open and login it but only once and if I exit the game and login again I can no longer log in that's what came out </body> </html> on the desktop and on the official website it just stops there and does not move and there is no loading player.Robby wrote: ↑Mon Feb 22, 2021 5:30 pmYou are saying this is happening on ALL version of the game, desktop and web? But there is another way for me to play again I need to restart my computer in order to play again on desktop version.

That is super weird. Do you know when in the log-in process this happens though? It's right after you click "log-in", correct? Is any other text displayed first, before it then displays this weird text?

btw, it is fixed in the desktop version I can play the game without having to restart the computer. and the only one left is the website version the loading screen still can't move and its stuck right there and also its difficult to explain here especially since we are far away from each other it would be easier to explain and understand the problem if you are here next to me.

Glad to hear it's working on the desktop version. 
As for the loading issues, that is strange. Do you know how to open an "incognito window" in Google Chrome? If so, try playing Eliatopia in an incognito window and let me know if it works when playing that way.

It works on incognito window. Finally I can play again on website version
